  I had my blood work done 3 wks ago at another facility because Cottage Grove lab tore my arm up and I wouldn't go back to them ..I have left TWO messages for my Dr. to call with results and not a word from her...I intend to make a complaint against the whole clinic...

  I never had any problem doing appointments or getting a Prescription refill but it's been WEEKS yes WEEKS I been trying to make an appointment and/or getting a refill on my medication and nobody call me back or even send my prescription to the pharmacy... HORRIBLE Sevice!!!!!!
  
  I had to stop at the clinic to make the appointment and get a refill. (The nurse was amazing, can't complain of her, Thank you!!)

  I'm the Financial Counselor at this site. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The medical staff is very diligent at their jobs with providing our patient/clients the care they deserve. I encourage people that are from this area to stop in and see what we have to offer here at our clinic.
